Accurately recording customer data in the Money Exchanger software. Carrying out foreign exchange operations based on customer demand. Reviewing and managing customer holding lists. Informing customers about foreign currency purchasing and selling criteria. Updating exchange rates as instructed. Accurately recording all cash transactions. Monitoring customer transactions and reporting any suspicious activities or counterfeit notes to the compliance officer. Preparing and presenting daily reports with supporting documents.
