Achieve sales goals set by the Branch Manager. Adhere to sales procedures diligently. Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships. Collaborate with other divisions to improve customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness. Promote Company products/services, aiming for monthly contract sales budget, monthly product sales budget, and monthly job sales budget. Conduct weekly reviews and submit daily reports. Identify new business opportunities and upsell to existing clients. Continuously improve product knowledge and keep up with market trends. Conduct business negotiations to protect company profitability. Align daily activities with KPIs and report via SOLO tool. Provide accurate quotations using 'Speed Reporter.' Process sales orders using company pricing tools correctly.
