Lead and validate inspections and recertifications of DME (manifolds, chokes, valves, flanges). Review and approve NDT results, pressure test charts, and repair records. Supervise and mentor Level I and II inspectors. Ensure compliance and full traceability of components. Provide technical recommendations on acceptability, repair, or rejection of DME parts. Participate in failure analysis and service quality investigations. Approve inspection tools and calibration equipment used on DME. Interpret isometric drawings, P&IDs, and inspection reports. Perform pressure testing, heat treatment, inspections, and apply risk-based approaches. Utilize NDT and process applications: VT, MT, PT, RT, UT, and ET. Perform root cause analysis.
