Job Description
Ensure timely and safe delivery of B2B orders to clients such as hotels, coffee shops, and corporate offices. Load packed B2B orders into the delivery vehicle each morning, follow the delivery route and schedule to reach clients before peak hours, obtain delivery confirmations, maintain cleanliness and condition of the delivery vehicle, maintain polite and professional customer interactions, report any order discrepancies, delays, or customer feedback, and perform basic vehicle maintenance.
