Job Description
Responsible for delivering and collecting invoices, cheque payments, mail and packages. Collect and deliver correspondence and packages from departmental heads, ensuring timely dispatch to designated institutions. Prioritize deliveries with emphasis on time-sensitive matters, such as banking and payment-related documents. Maintain accurate records by logging hand-delivered mail and securing recipient signatures upon delivery. Clear the company's post office box daily. Conduct routine checks and basic maintenance of the company motorcycle, reporting any repair needs promptly.
